Lavazza has expanded its Flavia office coffee offerings with two new Freshpack products—Lavazza Caramel and Lavazza Decaf—aimed at giving employees greater variety and convenience in workplace beverages.

The new blends are designed exclusively for Flavia’s single-serve brewing systems and are now available nationwide, Lavazza announced Monday.

Meeting demand for more workplace variety

The additions respond to a growing appetite for more workplace coffee options, with 43% of employees saying current selections are too limited, according to research cited by the company.

“Employees are looking for high-quality, convenient coffee experiences that suit their preferences, whether they’re looking for something flavorful or decaffeinated,” said Daniele Foti, vice president of marketing at Lavazza North America. “These two new products reflect our ongoing commitment to meet the diverse needs of today’s workforce.”

Lavazza Caramel is a medium roast made from 100% Arabica beans, with flavour notes aimed at satisfying the U.S. market’s strong demand for caramel coffee—a top-three choice among flavoured options.

Lavazza Decaf is a naturally decaffeinated medium roast that uses carbon dioxide processing to retain aroma and flavour, targeting consumers who want to reduce caffeine without sacrificing taste. Lavazza pointed to growing decaf popularity, especially among younger demographics.

Designed for office use

Both products are offered as standalone SKUs and can be used exclusively in Flavia brewers, which use pack-to-cup brewing technology for individual servings. The company said the new blends make it easier for employers to provide consistent, high-quality coffee at work without added complexity.
