A New Jersey startup launched a job search platform Thursday specifically designed to connect employers with professionals who have less than three years of experience.

Hire Entry unveiled its website aimed at simplifying the hiring process for both early-career job seekers and companies looking to recruit emerging talent.

“Our mission is to unlock career paths for the next generation of talent,” said Stephanie Berry, co-founder of Hire Entry.

The Hamilton Township-based company offers free profile creation for candidates, who can upload resumes and browse internships, part-time and full-time positions. For employers, the platform provides subscription-based hiring plans that allow access to what the company says is a database of over 100,000 resumes.

The platform includes AI-powered job matching that connects candidates with roles aligned to their skills and experience levels. Employers can use filtering tools to identify potential hires.

Hire Entry also offers a Sourcing Program service that conducts outreach to potential applicants on behalf of companies, which the startup positions as a cost-effective alternative to staffing agencies and internal recruiters.

The service enters a competitive job board market but differentiates itself through its focus on professionals in the earliest stages of their careers, specifically targeting those with zero to three years of experience.

The company did not disclose initial funding amounts or specific subscription pricing in its announcement. For more information, see https://hireentry.com/
