V2X has appointed Melon Yeshoalul as senior vice president and chief human resources officer, effective immediately, the company announced today.
Yeshoalul will oversee the company’s global human resources strategy and operations, including talent management, recruitment, leadership development, and compensation and benefits. She will join the executive team and report directly to President and Chief Executive Officer Jeremy C. Wensinger.

Yeshoalul brings more than 20 years of experience to the role. She most recently served in a senior leadership position at Amazon Web Services, where she helped deliver talent and operations programs to support growth, according to the company.
Her previous experience includes HR leadership roles at DXC Technology, PwC, and The Boeing Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
