Nayya unveiled a new AI-powered solution called Build that helps employers transform complex benefits information into accessible digital resources, addressing widespread burnout among human resources professionals.
The platform, announced Wednesday, aims to streamline the traditionally fragmented benefits management process at a time when 70% of HR professionals report experiencing burnout, according to the company.
“AI is optimizing how we process, structure, and visualize benefits information, allowing us to present it in smarter, more intuitive ways,” said Bala Pitchandi, Chief Product & Technology Officer of Nayya.
The solution features two main components: an employer microsites generator that creates branded, searchable hubs for benefits information, and a benefits data generator that produces standardized documents like highlight sheets and enrollment forms.
This marks the fifth product in Nayya’s suite of benefits engagement tools, which also includes Choose, Use, Claims, and Leave solutions. The company reports that early adopters have seen a 40% reduction in open enrollment preparation time.
Studies show more than 80% of employees struggle to understand their benefits packages, resulting in underutilization of employer investments, said the company.
Founded in 2019, Nayya developed the platform to address growing complexity in employee benefits offerings while providing HR teams with tools to improve benefits literacy and accessibility for employees year-round.
