A new professional employer organization launched today with a focus on helping business owners reclaim personal time while streamlining their operations.

COAST, operated by Now Coast, Inc., offers services including payroll processing, HR management, employee benefits, and workers’ compensation support, according to the company’s announcement.

“COAST is the first of its kind — a true lifestyle-focused brand that’s much more than a typical PEO,” said Andrew Jones, president and CEO of COAST. “Our goal is to not only provide elite business solutions for our clients but provide them with peace of mind, rescuing them from the traditional constraints of business ownership by giving them more time to spend with their families and friends or pursuing their personal passions.”

The company also unveiled its new website, nowCOAST.com, which details its core services and additional offerings like HR compliance reporting, accounting, and marketing services.

“At COAST, we believe that business is better when it’s balanced and we’re excited to partner with employers who are looking to change how they do business,” Jones said.

Beyond standard PEO services, the company positions itself as a “proactive partner” focused on helping employers achieve better work-life balance while managing their administrative burdens.

The company’s service portfolio includes both standard PEO offerings and supplemental business services designed to free up owners’ time for personal priorities.
