TriNet announced several new HR products and enhancements Thursday designed to help small and medium-sized businesses manage workforce challenges amid economic uncertainty and technological disruption.

The human resources solutions provider introduced four new offerings that focus on healthcare navigation, streamlined onboarding, employee development and workplace wellbeing.

“Today’s announcement underscores our commitment to delivering innovative HR solutions that empower small and medium-size businesses to focus on growing their business and their people,” said TriNet Chief Technology Officer Jeff Hayward.

New solutions target diverse HR needs

The company’s new Personal Health Assistant, developed by Healthee, provides an AI-powered tool offering employees 24/7 personalized answers to healthcare questions. The feature aims to help workers utilize their benefits more effectively throughout the year and will become available to TriNet customers in late 2025.

TriNet has also upgraded its PEO mobile app with enhanced new hire onboarding capabilities, allowing administrators to submit new hire information directly from mobile devices. The update includes secure e-signature functionality through Box integration, enabling employees to review and acknowledge important documents remotely.

For employee development, TriNet enhanced its learning management system in partnership with 360Learning, incorporating AI-powered content creation for faster development of training programs. A premium content bundle offering access to over 1,000 training courses is planned for future release.

The company also expanded its Marketplace with new wellbeing solutions, including My Secure Advantage for financial coaching and Wellhub, a corporate wellness platform addressing holistic employee wellbeing.

Meeting evolving business challenges

“These newly-launched solutions will provide our SMB customers and their employees with more clarity and confidence to help make even better HR decisions for themselves and their company,” Hayward said.

Hayward discussed these new product solutions at TriNet PeopleForce New York, the company’s flagship event series focusing on topics including artificial intelligence, the future of work, and business strategy.

TriNet provides human resources solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, offering technology-enabled services that include human capital expertise, employee benefits, payroll administration, risk mitigation and compliance consulting.
