iCIMS has been named “Business Intelligence Solution Provider of the Year” by the Data Breakthrough Awards for its iCIMS Insights program, marking the second consecutive year the hiring platform has received the honor.
The recognition comes amid growing demand for labor market data among employers navigating shifting workforce conditions, economic uncertainty, and rapid technological change. iCIMS Insights compiles labor data from millions of job applications and hires across its platform, providing monthly market snapshots and more detailed analysis through its subscription services.
“Leveraging workforce data to drive strategic decisions is no longer optional — it’s necessary,” said Lisa Fiondella, senior vice-president of platform, data and AI at iCIMS.
Employer use cases and scope
Companies such as The Cheesecake Factory and Six Flags use iCIMS Insights to benchmark hiring strategies, track industry trends, and anticipate economic shifts, the company said. The platform aggregates data from more than 3.3 million users globally, who receive over 223 million applications and make more than 5.5 million hires annually.
In addition to free monthly labor market reports, iCIMS offers two paid tiers: Insights+ and Insights Advisor. These subscriptions provide industry-specific benchmarks, early warnings on emerging market shifts, access to private think tanks, and guidance from in-house talent experts.
Broader recognition of workforce data
The Data Breakthrough Awards, now in its sixth year, are administered by Tech Breakthrough, an independent market intelligence firm. More than 3,000 nominations were submitted globally for the 2025 awards.
“In today’s labor market, data is the difference between leading and lagging,” said Steve Johansson, managing director of Data Breakthrough. “iCIMS Insights ensures leaders have access to the critical insights required to thrive.”
Data from the iCIMS platform has been cited in major business outlets including The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, Forbes, and Fortune.
