HR Path has acquired Ireland and UK-based consulting firm Eaton Square, strengthening its presence in the region and expanding its capabilities in HR technology and advisory services.
The merger deepens HR Path’s reach in the UK and Ireland markets and adds expertise in platforms such as Dayforce, UKG, Workday, Access Group, HiBob, Sage, and Microsoft — tools widely used by HR professionals across sectors.
Eaton Square, founded in 2012, provides consulting in technology, people management, and business strategy. The firm is known for aligning organizational design with digital transformation efforts.
Expansion builds on earlier acquisitions
This is the third UK and Ireland-based acquisition by HR Path in just over a year. The company bought IntSys, a Northern Ireland Workday specialist, in January 2025, and Three Plus Consulting, a UK-based Workday firm, in March 2024.
The addition of Eaton Square expands HR Path’s consulting and talent management services, positioning the Paris-headquartered firm to deliver broader support to clients undergoing organizational change.
“The inclusion of Eaton Square is an exciting step for HR Path, as it enhances our ability to provide cutting-edge technology solutions to our clients,” said François Boulet, CEO of HR Path. “Their expertise in Dayforce, Access, HiBob, Sage and Microsoft as well as people and business consulting perfectly complements our existing portfolio.”
Global footprint, local focus
HR Path, which was founded in 2001, operates in 28 countries and employs more than 2,200 people. The company offers advisory, implementation, and operational services to employers seeking to modernize HR systems and improve performance.
The firm said the merger aligns with its long-term strategy to offer integrated HR and technology services in key regional markets.
