Groundswell has appointed Alicia A. Dube to lead its federal Workday practice, deepening its focus on helping government agencies modernize their human capital systems using the cloud-based platform.
Dube joins the digital transformation firm with more than two decades of experience in public sector IT, including over 10 years working directly with Workday. She has held senior roles at both Workday and Accenture Federal Services, where she led large-scale efforts in HR, payroll, and workforce modernization.
Her appointment comes as federal agencies face growing pressure to upgrade outdated systems with solutions that are secure, scalable, and aligned with operational goals.
“Alicia represents a strategic investment to double down on the success Groundswell has had as an organization in deploying Workday in federal agencies,” said Ed Holleran, the company’s chief financial officer.
Groundswell said Dube’s leadership will help it expand the reach of its Workday services across federal agencies, many of which are under mandates to modernize operations and improve workforce planning through digital tools.
“This is a transformative moment,” said Dube. “Workday’s intelligent capabilities, including AI and predictive analytics, along with its seamless integrations, enable agencies to operate with greater agility, efficiency, and accountability.”
The company said Dube will play a key role in shaping strategy and execution for Workday-related initiatives aimed at delivering measurable outcomes in the public sector.
