Expo Experts, a sub-brand of TalentAlly, has launched a recruitment platform aimed at simplifying the hiring process for roles requiring active security clearance, helping employers avoid high clearance costs and streamline access to pre-vetted candidates
The new tool, called Clearance Match, connects employers with job seekers who already hold active security clearance and have at least two years of post-education work experience. It is designed to reduce both the time and expense of filling specialized roles.
“With Clearance Match, we’re making it easier for recruiters to find qualified, cleared candidates while removing many of the logistical hurdles,” said Carrie Dunham, co-founder and vice-president of sales at Expo Experts. “This innovative platform offers both candidates and employers a seamless, efficient experience.”
Security-cleared roles are expected to increase by 7 to 10 per cent through 2025, according to industry projections. Expo Experts said its platform addresses that growing demand by allowing employers to search by clearance level, location, skills and salary expectations, surfacing only candidates who meet their specific criteria.
The platform also benefits job seekers by matching them with roles aligned to their qualifications and security clearance status. Candidates can create a profile to appear in employer searches or actively apply for posted jobs. The tool is positioned to serve both passive and active job seekers, the company said.
Expo Experts, founded in 1999, specializes in STEM-focused hiring events and was acquired by TalentAlly in 2023. The new platform builds on the company’s background in niche recruitment by offering a targeted digital solution for a highly specialized market.
