A new AI-powered platform is set to launch in April that aims to simplify how freelancers in the service sector find and rent flexible workspaces, while helping property owners monetize unused real estate
MyServe Inc., a New York-based startup, said it will roll out its marketplace app in mid-April on both the App Store and Google Play, with initial focus on major U.S. service hubs such as New York and California.
The company describes itself as the first AI-driven, three-sided marketplace tailored to the service industry. It connects freelancers, workspace providers, and clients through a single system designed to address inefficiencies in how service-based professionals access and book workspaces.
The platform allows freelancers to book on-demand, professional-grade spaces without committing to long-term leases. Workspace owners can list underutilized spaces and generate income, while clients can discover and book services more easily.
“We’ve built a platform that is not only innovative but fully ready to use,” said Alex Iavon, CEO of MyServe Inc. “The infrastructure is complete — incorporation, payments, banking, compliance — everything is in place. With strategic funding, we can activate immediately and scale rapidly.”
MyServe’s expansion plans come amid rising demand for more flexible work arrangements and a growing gig economy. The company cites internal research showing that 20% of U.S. service professionals are self-employed, with more than 35% of them independently renting workspaces, often without centralized tools.
To address that gap, MyServe uses artificial intelligence to automate scheduling, optimize space matching, and provide personalized workspace recommendations based on user behavior.
The company will present its business model at the Startup Grind Global Conference in California on April 28, where it has been named one of the Top 150 Most Promising Startups.
Revenue for the platform will be generated through transaction fees, premium subscriptions, advertising, and analytics tools. Market testing is already underway in sectors such as beauty, fitness, wellness, and healthcare.
