PostcardMania has secured its highest-ever ranking on the Tampa Bay Times Top Workplaces list, placing 10th among medium-sized businesses with 150-499 employees, company officials announced Monday.
The marketing technology firm, which employs more than 390 staff and reports $119 million in revenue, has now made the list 12 times since 2013.
“Every time we make the local and national Top Workplaces lists, I feel a sense of pride and satisfaction in how PostcardMania treats its staff,” said Joy Gendusa, founder and CEO of PostcardMania.
The rankings stem from anonymous employee feedback gathered through third-party surveys administered by Energage. Over 20 million employees nationwide have participated in these confidential assessments during the award’s 16-year history.
PostcardMania also received recognition at the national level, earning a spot on the 2025 USA TODAY National Top Workplaces list for the fifth time.
Workplace culture drives retention
The company has seen its employee retention rate reach 74% in 2024, significantly higher than the national average of 54%. Nearly one-third of current employees have worked at PostcardMania for five years or more, with 16% having tenure exceeding 10 years.
Employees cited several workplace attributes in their survey responses, including a strict policy against office politics, career advancement opportunities, and a positive environment. The company reported promoting 68 employees internally last year.
Benefits beyond the basics
Survey participants also highlighted workplace perks such as an on-site café serving breakfast and lunch, weekly yoga classes, a workplace massage therapist, relaxed dress code policies, and a dog-friendly environment.
The company maintains an active corporate social responsibility program, organizing volunteer days that include nursing home visits, hurricane clean-ups, blood drives and animal rescue support. In 2024, the firm hosted 144 staff parties, events, volunteer initiatives and food giveaways.
PostcardMania specializes in lead generation and marketing campaigns for businesses of various sizes, integrating both online and offline marketing channels.
