RemotePass has released an Open API aimed at helping businesses integrate their HR, payroll, and finance systems more efficiently across global teams, the Dubai-based company announced Monday.
The new offering allows companies to connect RemotePass’s platform directly with their existing technology stack, enabling real-time data syncing and workflow automation to reduce manual tasks and data entry errors.
“As distributed teams become the norm, disconnected systems lead to delays and inaccuracies,” said Kamal Reggad, CEO of RemotePass. “With our new APIs, we’re enabling businesses to future-proof their operations and build custom workflows that match the way they work.”
Features and integration options
The initial API release includes bi-directional data endpoints, letting companies sync or push data between RemotePass and their internal systems. Key features include support for contract management across employment types, time-off tracking, expense submissions, document handling, worker data, and payroll accounting.
The APIs also allow for custom-built solutions and offer access to over 10 pre-built integrations through the RemotePass App Marketplace. Supported tools span authentication, finance, and HR categories.
Broader roadmap ahead
RemotePass said the API launch is the first step in a longer-term development strategy, with plans to add more endpoints and expand functionality in future releases.
The company provides HR and payroll services for employers managing contractors, direct employees, and Employer of Record (EOR) staff across more than 150 countries. Its platform automates compliance, payroll, taxes, and benefits while aiming to support both global scale and local regulatory requirements.
