Workforce intelligence company Revelio Labs has acquired Salary Board, a provider of real-time compensation data and labor market insights, in a move that expands its global analytics capabilities and accelerates international growth.
The acquisition, announced Thursday, will integrate Salary Board’s global compensation data into Revelio Labs’ universal HR database, giving employers and HR professionals more comprehensive tools for analyzing labor market trends.
“We have respected the Salary Board team for a long time and are thrilled to join forces,” said Ben Zweig, CEO of Revelio Labs. “By integrating Salary Board’s team, data, and models into our own platform, we’re ensuring that we can best serve clients by staying at the cutting edge of workforce intelligence.”
The deal, effective immediately, strengthens Revelio’s presence in Europe and Asia, where Salary Board has established relationships with Fortune 500 talent organizations, government entities and consulting firms.
Madu Ionascu, founder of Salary Board, supports the acquisition as an opportunity to expand his company’s mission. “Joining Revelio Labs is an exciting new chapter for Salary Board. We built Salary Board to bring transparency and accuracy to compensation and labor market data. Now, as part of Revelio Labs, we can amplify that mission on a much larger scale,” said Ionascu.
The companies are already collaborating on product integration and market strategies, according to the announcement. Future plans include developing new analytics solutions that leverage the combined datasets, with a focus on predictive workforce planning, job architecture and pay equity analysis.
Revelio Labs’ platform standardizes employment records from hundreds of millions of publicly available sources to create what it describes as “the world’s first universal workforce database.”
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
