Stefanie Chenok has been appointed senior vice president of human resources at Arch Amenities Group, bringing extensive experience from leadership roles at major retail and fitness companies.
The Maryland-based wellness and amenity management provider announced Chenok’s appointment alongside two other executive hires: Jessica Heger Michalak as senior vice president of operations and John Toman as vice president of information technology.
Chenok previously served as West Coast vice president of operations for 24 Hour Fitness, where she managed HR processes, team development and training across the company’s 300 clubs in 11 states. She also led organizational restructuring efforts during her tenure.
Her background includes senior leadership positions at prominent retailers, having worked as senior director of sales for Banana Republic from 2019 to 2021 and as senior director of stores and human resources for Target Corp. from 2013 to 2019.
Chenok holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma City University and certifications in personal and nutritional training from the International Sports Sciences Association.

Operations and IT leadership
Michalak joins Arch after directing operations for OneSpaWorld’s Maritime division, which manages health and wellness centers on cruise ships and destination resorts worldwide. During her 20-year career there, she led brand development, sales strategies, consumer experiences and training programs.
Following her OneSpaWorld tenure, Michalak worked as an executive consultant for wellness sector clients. She studied at Wellington Polytechnic in New Zealand, now part of Massey University.
Toman previously headed technology at Edlio, an educational software provider serving more than 18,000 schools nationwide. His experience includes co-founding Acelo Solutions and Online School Management Systems, as well as engineering roles at Adobe and BearingPoint.
He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and a Master of Science in Information Systems Technology from The George Washington University School of Business, along with advanced certifications in project management and Microsoft technologies.
