Paychex and Multiplier announced a strategic partnership Tuesday designed to help US businesses hire globally through a unified platform, addressing growing talent shortages across multiple industries.
The partnership designates Multiplier as a Premium Partner in the Paychex Marketplace, providing Paychex’s 745,000 customers with direct access to tools for hiring employees in more than 150 countries while maintaining compliance with local regulations.

Solutions for complex global hiring challenges
The collaboration introduces Employer of Record, Agent of Record, and Global Payroll solutions to Paychex users, allowing companies to manage international talent from compliant contracts to payroll, taxes and benefits through a single platform.
The partnership comes as businesses across sectors face increasing difficulty sourcing qualified talent domestically, making international hiring a strategic priority for companies looking to scale efficiently.

Streamlining international workforce management

The integration is now live in the Paychex Marketplace, creating what the companies describe as a trusted pathway for scaling global teams regardless of geographic boundaries.
