Technology solutions company Unisys has been named to Newsweek’s Global Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces for the second consecutive year, rising 24 places to number 74 in the 2025 ranking.
The Blue Bell, Pennsylvania-based company earned recognition based on employee survey data measuring satisfaction and workplace sentiment, including levels of respect, collaboration, support and sense of belonging within the organization.
Employee-centered culture focus
Unisys has worked to build what it calls a dynamic workplace culture by emphasizing four key behaviors: explore, experiment, act with agility and take ownership. The company says this approach has improved job satisfaction and supported professional development across its workforce.
“We’re thrilled to be recognized by Newsweek as one of the world’s most loved workplaces,” said Ruchi Kulhari, senior vice president and chief human resources officer at Unisys. “This award belongs to our incredible associates, whose passion and dedication make Unisys a truly exceptional place to work. Their commitment to collaboration, inclusivity and excellence drives a culture where innovation thrives and possibilities are constantly reimagined.”
Research methodology
The Most Loved Workplaces certification program, backed by the Best Practices Institute, surveyed more than 175 companies and more than 3,000 executives across the United States, Middle East/Northern Africa and Southeast Asia. The research found connections between employee sentiment and productivity.
According to the survey results, 94% of respondents said they performed three to four times more work for companies they loved, while 95% said they stayed at companies they loved three to four times longer.
“As we mark five years of recognizing the world’s Most Loved Workplaces, it’s an honor to spotlight companies that place employee well-being at the center of their workplace cultures,” said Jennifer H. Cunningham, Newsweek’s global editor-in-chief. “In today’s rapidly changing world, this year’s list reflects a growing global shift toward human-centered leadership as a key driver of resilience and success.”
