Logicalis US has joined the Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP), a U.S. Department of Defense initiative aimed at connecting military spouses with employers committed to offering stable and meaningful career opportunities.
The move gives Logicalis access to a network of job seekers with highly transferable skills and resilience developed through military life, while reinforcing the company’s focus on inclusive hiring practices.
“Logicalis is dedicated to supporting the careers of military spouses who bring invaluable skills and resilience to the workforce,” said Craig Perry, senior director of talent acquisition at Logicalis US. “We are proud to join MSEP as a testament to that commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for military families.”
MSEP is part of the broader Spouse Education and Career Opportunities (SECO) program, which helps military spouses manage career development amid the challenges of frequent relocations and deployments. Since 2011, MSEP has connected spouses with more than 275,000 job opportunities through over 600 employer partners.
By joining MSEP, Logicalis plans to expand access to remote work and career advancement opportunities specifically designed to address the barriers faced by military families.
Courtney Rothermel, a human resources business partner at Logicalis and a military spouse for two decades, said the impact of employment instability is deeply personal.
“Each time we relocated, I faced the uphill battle of finding meaningful employment, which often led to financial strain and additional stress during an already stressful time,” Rothermel said. “Supporting military spouse employment isn’t just a nice-to-have—it’s an essential community initiative that honors the resilience of military families and helps build a stronger, more secure future for all.”
