Visier’s annual global customer conference drew more than 400 attendees to Austin, Texas as the company showcased its workforce AI solutions and recognized customer achievements in people analytics.
The two-day Outsmart 2025 event brought together customers, partners and prospects for sessions focused on the intersection of AI technology and workforce management, according to the company.
“In a world defined by constant disruption – economic, geopolitical, social, and technological – we can’t afford to sit on the sidelines,” said Paul Rubenstein, Visier’s chief customer officer, in his opening keynote. “We are experiencing the most profound workforce transformation in over a century, driven by the rise of AI.”

Several organizations shared their experiences with Visier’s people analytics platform during the conference:
A hospital with 12,000 employees reduced agency labor spending by 70%, allowing them to reinvest over $50 million toward retention efforts, company officials said.
A healthcare system with 125,000 caregivers used the platform to combine operational and financial data to improve staffing decisions affecting profitability and patient outcomes.
A global luxury retailer analyzed leadership factors impacting same-store sales performance by connecting point-of-sale data with people metrics from multiple systems.
Award recipients
The company presented its annual “Vizzie Awards” to recognize customer achievements in people analytics. Winners included Tampa General Hospital for business performance impact, T. Rowe Price for best use of AI, Eaton Corporation as rookie of the year, and IQVIA for best technical innovation.
Additional awards went to Kong Inc., Docusign, Johnson & Johnson, and Providence Health & Services for various applications of people analytics.
The conference featured keynote speakers including Kate O’Neill, author and “tech humanist,” and Susan Cain, bestselling author of “Quiet.”
