iCIMS has named Christine Mills as its new chief revenue officer, tasking the veteran software executive with leading the company’s global sales and partnerships functions as it looks to expand its footprint in talent acquisition technology.

Mills brings decades of experience in human capital management and enterprise software to the New Jersey-based firm. She most recently held the role of vice president of enterprise sales at Kalderos, a platform focused on drug discount management. Before that, she served as chief revenue officer at AI platform company Dataminr, where she led sales operations across North America, EMEA and APAC. Her previous leadership roles include positions at Alchemy Systems, SIA Global Compliance and SkillSoft.

“Christine has an exceptional track record of growing organizations and a deep understanding of the HR technology sector, making her ideal to lead our revenue teams, accelerate our growth trajectory and build on our position as the category leader,” said Jason Edelboim, CEO at iCIMS.

Focus on scaling enterprise growth

In her new role, Mills will oversee global revenue strategy and execution, with an emphasis on scaling enterprise sales and strengthening strategic partnerships. Her appointment comes as iCIMS continues to pursue growth in a competitive HR technology market, where large employers are demanding more agile, integrated solutions to streamline hiring.

“iCIMS is the market leader in talent acquisition technology with an impressive community of customers, and I am excited to build upon that momentum and lead a dynamic team dedicated to revolutionizing talent acquisition,” Mills said.

Enterprise clients and platform performance

iCIMS works with a range of large organizations, including a quarter of the Fortune 500. In 2024, the company supported its clients—including The Cheesecake Factory, Ulta Beauty, PetSmart and DocuSign—in hiring more than 5.4 million employees. The company was recently recognized as a Top Performer in talent acquisition by The Hackett Group for its configurable platform and breadth of capabilities.
