Two senior HR executives from WOW! Internet, TV & Phone have been named to the advisory board of C2HR, a national organization supporting HR professionals in the telecommunications and connectivity sectors.
Christine Simmons, senior director of talent management, and Darius Clay, senior director of total rewards, will join the board, which includes industry leaders focused on advancing human resources strategy and innovation across the sector.
Based in Englewood, Colorado, WOW! said both appointments reflect the company’s commitment to employee development and HR leadership at a time when attracting and retaining talent remains a top concern for telecom employers.

Simmons, who leads talent management at WOW!, is responsible for designing learning and development programs aligned with the company’s values and strategic goals. Her work includes using technology to scale training initiatives and foster a culture of continuous learning.
