Healthcare services provider ApolloMD has been named to the 2025 Top Workplaces USA list for the second consecutive year, based on employee feedback gathered through a national survey conducted by Energage.
The Atlanta-based group, which partners with more than 100 hospitals across the United States, was recognized for its workplace environment in the large company category. The Top Workplaces USA list is compiled solely from employee responses to an engagement survey developed by Energage, which includes 15 “culture drivers” linked to organizational success.
More than 42,000 companies were invited to take part in the 2025 survey. Winners are selected by comparing survey results against established industry benchmarks, Energage said.
“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage. “In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount.”
ApolloMD’s model includes physician and advanced practice clinician ownership, which the company says helps foster collaboration and performance.

The organization provides multispecialty services including emergency and hospital medicine, and revenue cycle management. It operates as a private, independent group with no outside ownership.
