A new workplace culture platform from Paradigm aims to help organizations build inclusive environments that attract diverse talent and link culture more directly to performance.
The “Culture for Everyone Platform,” launched Thursday, integrates artificial intelligence with real-time HR data and expert guidance to help companies understand, measure and improve their workplace culture, the company said.
Joelle Emerson, CEO and co-founder of Paradigm, said many organizations struggle to foster cultures that support all employees, especially as the workforce becomes more diverse.
“Too often, workplace cultures are rooted in legacy ways of working or designed around the experiences or working styles of only a subset of employees,” Emerson said in a statement. “We built the Culture for Everyone Platform to give organizations a smarter, more strategic way to build cultures where everyone can thrive—and where performance follows.”
Designed to address evolving challenges
The platform’s launch comes as employers face increasing pressure to demonstrate the value of inclusion initiatives and navigate a shifting social and legal landscape. Paradigm said the new product helps companies identify gaps, benchmark performance, and support managers in cultivating equitable and effective teams.
By connecting with HR information systems and layering in proprietary assessments, the platform provides dynamic insights into 10 key areas of workplace culture. These include purpose, communication, decision-making and growth mindset. AI-driven analysis helps organizations flag strengths, track progress, and adapt strategies in response to workforce and market changes.
For example, the platform can highlight industry trends—such as a rise in mental health benefits adoption—allowing companies to compare and adjust their own practices accordingly.
Focus on action and enablement
Beyond diagnostics, the platform offers tailored, research-backed recommendations that help employers improve hiring practices, develop leadership skills, and foster inclusive environments. Paradigm’s team of experts is available to guide implementation or provide direct support.
The platform also includes employee learning modules—such as micro-courses and embedded “nudges”—to empower individuals at all levels to contribute to shaping culture. Learning tools are designed to integrate with existing workflows and talent systems.
