iCIMS has been named a Leader in the IDC MarketScape’s 2025 assessment of worldwide talent acquisition vendors, the enterprise hiring platform announced Monday.

The recognition in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Talent Acquisition 2025 Vendor Assessment highlights iCIMS’ ability to support multinational enterprise organizations with complex and diverse hiring requirements.

According to the IDC MarketScape report, “Companies looking to modernize their talent acquisition process fulfillment and design to include AI capabilities from current legacy and manual solutions and methodologies can benefit from partnering with iCIMS.” The assessment also noted that “iCIMS’ solution-based design and platform delivery approach are well-recommended by companies working with the vendor.”

Zachary Chertok, senior research manager for employee experience at IDC, said, “iCIMS’ advancements in AI and candidate experience management provide a strong foundation for companies to navigate a comprehensive level of detail in talent sourcing spanning internal and external talent.”

Chertok added that “iCIMS creates a common process and data foundation for talent acquisition that helps companies define and design AI use cases for insights-driven decisions, communications, process personalization, and process measurement.”

Market position strengthened by platform capabilities

Jason Edelboim, CEO of iCIMS, connected the recognition to the company’s innovation efforts: “We believe this recognition from the IDC MarketScape validates iCIMS’ proven track record of ongoing innovation in the talent acquisition space, as we continue to serve as a mission-critical technology partner and evolve with our customers’ needs.”

The company has received additional industry recognition in recent months. Earlier this year, iCIMS was named a Top Performer in The Hackett Group’s Talent Acquisition Digital World Class Matrix. The company has also been recognized as a leader in evaluations by Fosway Group and Nucleus Research, and earned the top position in a Sapient Insights Group survey for user experience and vendor satisfaction.

The IDC MarketScape vendor analysis model provides an overview of technology suppliers’ competitive fitness in a specific market. The research methodology uses qualitative and quantitative criteria that results in a graphical illustration of each supplier’s market position, with supplier market share represented by the size of the icons.
