SHRM has announced that acclaimed singer and actor Josh Groban will headline the “Tuesday Night Show” at its 2025 Annual Conference and Expo, which takes place June 29 to July 2 in San Diego and online.

Groban, a five-time Grammy Award nominee with over 35 million albums sold worldwide, will bring his signature vocals and stage presence to SHRM25 for a night of entertainment aimed at helping attendees unwind and connect during the multi-day workplace conference.

“We’re excited to welcome music artist and actor, Josh Groban, to the SHRM25 stage,” said Jamie Bosley, SHRM’s vice president of event strategy and experience. “His performance will provide attendees with the ideal blend of fun, relaxation and inspiration, while celebrating being at the world’s largest HR conference.”

Groban’s music career includes several multi-platinum albums, such as Closer, Awake, and Noël. Beyond music, he has acted in television shows like Glee, The Office, and The Simpsons, and appeared in films including Crazy, Stupid, Love and Muppets Most Wanted. He earned a Tony Award nomination in 2016 for his role in Natasha, Pierre & The Great Comet of 1812 on Broadway.

A strong supporter of arts education, Groban founded the Find Your Light Foundation, which helps young people access opportunities in the arts.

SHRM25 will feature more than 375 sessions covering topics ranging from artificial intelligence and workplace policy to HR strategy and regulatory developments. The event will offer in-person and virtual access for HR professionals seeking to engage with peers and thought leaders.
