Arrow Security has promoted Kristen Hildebrant to the role of chief human resources officer, placing her in charge of the company’s overall HR strategy as it continues to expand its operations across multiple U.S. states.
Hildebrant joined Arrow in September 2023 and has played a key role in developing its people strategy and shaping workplace culture, said CEO AJ Caro.
“Since joining Arrow Security, Kristen has been instrumental in assessing the organizational needs of the company and contributing to the company’s recent growth,” Caro said.
In her expanded role, Hildebrant will oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation design, legal compliance, and organizational development for the company’s workforce of more than 6,000 employees.
She has also led several internal initiatives, including the launch of a human resources dashboard to monitor key metrics, the creation of a learning and development function, and engagement with union leadership at SEIU 32BJ.
Hildebrant brings more than two decades of experience in HR leadership roles. Prior to joining Arrow, she served as vice president of global people and culture at Cisive, formerly CARCO Group, and held earlier positions at AutoOne Insurance and Adecco General Staffing.
She holds an MBA from Dowling College and a Master of Jurisprudence in labor and employment law from Tulane University. She is currently completing a CHRO program through Wharton Executive Education at the University of Pennsylvania.
