MRO Corp. has been named to the 2025 USA Today National Top Workplaces list, marking the fourth consecutive year the company has earned the distinction.
The recognition places MRO, a clinical data exchange company, among the highest-rated large employers in the United States based on employee feedback. It is the top-ranked vendor serving the healthcare sector on this year’s list, the company said.
The annual award, presented by USA Today in partnership with Energage, evaluates organizations with 150 or more employees. Winners are selected based on results from confidential employee surveys that measure workplace culture, engagement, and leadership.
Employee feedback drives rankings
Energage, a human resources technology firm, developed the ranking using research on high-performance workplace cultures and employee experience benchmarks drawn from millions of surveys conducted since 2006.
“Earning a USA Today Top Workplaces award is a testament to an organization’s credibility and commitment to a people-first culture,” said Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage, in a statement.
Company credits employees for recognition
Shawn Powlick, chief human resources officer at MRO, said the award reflects the strength of the organization’s culture.
“We’re proud to once again be named one of the best places to work in the nation,” Powlick said. “This achievement reflects the dedication and excellence of our entire team.”
MRO, founded more than two decades ago, provides technology-based clinical data exchange solutions for healthcare providers and payers across the industry.
