A Boston-based consulting firm launched a coaching program Thursday aimed at helping women in middle management overcome career plateaus and negotiate higher compensation.
Elevate Consulting’s “Elevate Me Coaching Program” combines personalized coaching with data-driven strategies to help professional women clarify their value proposition and position themselves for leadership roles, according to the company’s announcement.
“Many capable, high-performing women stall out mid-career not due to lack of skill, but lack of strategy,” said Coach Annie, who leads the program.
The mastermind-style program comes as organizations increasingly focus on diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives while facing challenges in building leadership development pipelines. The company’s approach addresses persistent equity gaps that affect women’s career advancement.
Coach Annie brings over 20 years of HR experience to the program, with a background spanning talent acquisition, organizational development and leadership enablement across multiple industries.
According to Elevate Consulting, program participants have reported salary increases exceeding $15,000 and pay increases of 8-10% within their current roles, compared to the national average of 3-5%.
The program’s components include career storytelling, resume and LinkedIn profile optimization, interview preparation and strategic mentorship. It uses a cohort-based format designed to provide accountability, networking opportunities and peer feedback.
Elevate Me launches at a time when post-pandemic workforce dynamics continue to evolve and demand for leadership readiness remains high, potentially benefiting both individual professionals and organizations looking to strengthen their leadership pipelines.
Elevate Consulting describes itself as a career and HR consulting firm focused on helping individuals and organizations grow strategically. The Elevate Me program is currently open for enrollment.
