UKG has launched a new AI Hub on its UKG Marketplace, creating a centralized resource for customers seeking artificial intelligence solutions in HR, payroll and workforce management, the company announced Thursday.
The hub features a curated list of technology partners offering AI-driven tools that integrate with UKG’s human capital management solutions.
“As a leader in AI in HCM, and with more than 375 technology and services partners already actively collaborating with UKG, we are in a unique position to serve as a hub to connect our customers with AI technologies that can improve the way they do business,” said Patrick Lannon, vice president of global alliances at UKG.
The initiative expands UKG’s partner ecosystem by highlighting companies that have demonstrated distinctive AI offerings or integrations with UKG systems.
Partner categories
The AI Hub categorizes partners across several functional areas including data analysis, sales enablement, talent acquisition and workforce management.
In the data analysis category, partners like Decusoft offer compensation planning platforms with conversational AI capabilities, while Docusign provides tools to transform agreement data into actionable insights.
Talent acquisition partners include Cangrade, which uses AI-powered pre-hire assessments, and Paradox, which automates candidate communication and screening. iCIMS and Phenom also offer hiring platforms with embedded AI features.
For workforce management, the hub includes partners such as Augmentir, which provides insights into frontline worker availability and productivity, and Zipline, an operations platform that unifies communications and task management.
Focus on workplace experience
According to UKG, the AI Hub aims to help organizations create better workplace experiences by automating routine tasks while making day-to-day work more efficient.
The company serves more than 80,000 organizations across various industries and sizes, providing cloud solutions for HR, payroll, workforce management and workplace culture.
To be featured in the AI Hub, partners must demonstrate they can help UKG customers use innovative AI services to accelerate workplace transformation, said Lannon.
