WorkForce Software recognized outstanding partners and customers for excellence in workforce management at its fourteenth annual VISION 2025 conference in Phoenix, Arizona on Tuesday according to an announcement from the company.
The awards celebrated organizations for redefining workforce management practices and leveraging technology to innovate despite growing workplace complexity. Recipients demonstrated how adopting innovations in workforce management technology transformed their workplaces, optimized labor investments and improved employee engagement.
Brett Walker, senior vice president of global channels at WorkForce Software, praised the partner award winners for “their commitment to advancing global workforce management technology and leading businesses through change.”
Partners recognized included SAP SuccessFactors, EPI-USE, HR Path, and The Hackett Group. EPI-USE received the Innovation Partner of the Year award for the third consecutive year, while SAP SuccessFactors was named Channel Partner of the Year for outstanding achievement in growing the workforce management customer base through their global strategic alliance.

Customer excellence awards went to Fletcher Building for enhancing employee engagement, Dovida (formerly Home Instead Australia) for managing complex workforce environments, and several global industry leaders across automotive safety systems and healthcare. Dole Fresh Vegetables and Castle & Cooke received the Community Builder Award for their commitment to fostering collaboration, advocacy, and knowledge-sharing within the WorkForce Software community.
The company’s annual VISION conference was held at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass in Phoenix.
