Robert Half has been named one of Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For in 2025, recognizing its continued efforts to foster a workplace culture built on integrity, inclusion and employee well-being.
The annual list, compiled by Great Place To Work and Fortune, is based on survey data from more than 1.3 million U.S. workers. It highlights companies that offer supportive, high-performance environments and consistent employee experiences across demographics and job roles. Robert Half’s consulting subsidiary, Protiviti, was also included in this year’s ranking.
“This recognition affirms that our people-first approach continues to deliver a positive workplace experience,” said M. Keith Waddell, president and CEO of Robert Half.
Employee feedback at the core of ranking
To determine the rankings, employees at certified organizations answered questions about trust in leadership, connection with colleagues, and overall satisfaction. Survey results also assessed how these experiences varied across roles and demographic groups.
“Our priority continues to be our people,” said JoLynn Conway-James, senior executive director and chief administrative officer. “We are proud of our organizational culture where employees feel appreciated, respected and heard.”
Support across four pillars
Robert Half’s employee commitment strategy focuses on four key areas:
- Career: Access to training, resources, and mentorship.
- Connections: Regular surveys and feedback channels to improve the employee experience.
- Impact: Programs supporting volunteerism, philanthropy, and emergency financial assistance.
- Well-being: A range of benefits including mental health counseling, parental resources, and financial planning tools.
The company has received multiple workplace accolades in the past year, including recognition as one of Fortune’s Most Admired and Most Innovative Companies.
