HR Path, a global HR consulting firm, has acquired ClearCourse Consulting to strengthen its presence in the U.S. market and enhance its human capital management capabilities.
The Paris-based company, which operates in 28 countries with more than 2,500 professionals, purchased the U.S.-based firm that specializes in HCM consulting for Dayforce, ADP, UKG, and Workday platforms.
ClearCourse Consulting, founded in 2016, provides system assessments, implementations, and optimization services for human capital management solutions. The firm has built a reputation for helping organizations maximize the value of their HCM investments.
Strategic expansion continues
The acquisition marks HR Path’s third major purchase in recent years as it works to establish a stronger foothold in North America. The company previously acquired Exaserv in 2019 and Terra Information Group in 2023.

The deal combines ClearCourse’s U.S. market knowledge with HR Path’s global reach, which spans advisory, implementation, and operational HR services. HR Path has operated since 2001, focusing on helping businesses handle HR complexities.

The transaction allows HR Path to offer expanded HCM consulting services across major platforms while ClearCourse gains access to international resources and expertise.
