Actresses Jenna Fischer and Angela Kinsey, best known for their roles on NBC’s “The Office,” will appear as featured speakers at the SHRM Annual Conference and Expo in San Diego, the organization announced Tuesday.

The conference, scheduled for June 29-July 2, will bring together human resources professionals from around the world both in person and virtually.

Fischer and Kinsey, who portrayed Pam Beesly and Angela Martin on the popular workplace comedy, will share insights from their careers and discuss workplace dynamics during their main stage presentation.

“Jenna Fischer and Angela Kinsey are not just actors who portrayed memorable workplace characters; they are storytellers, collaborators, and leaders in their own right,” said Johnny C. Taylor, Jr., president and CEO of SHRM.

The actresses have maintained a professional partnership since their time on the show, co-authoring “The Office BFFs,” a New York Times #1 bestselling memoir, and creating the “Office Ladies” podcast, which has reportedly garnered over 400 million downloads.

SHRM25, as this year’s conference is branded, will offer 375 sessions covering topics including artificial intelligence, regulatory changes, and emerging HR practices.

The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) represents nearly 340,000 members across 180 countries and positions itself as an authority on workplace issues.

Conference organizers expect the actresses’ presentation to highlight the importance of workplace relationships and inclusive culture in organizational success.

The annual event serves as SHRM’s flagship gathering for HR professionals seeking professional development and networking opportunities.
